Program Description
Speaks is a powerful celebration of music and movement that invites school-age students to find their voice and express themselves. Rooted in the rich traditions of African American music, this performance by the Riddick Dance Company blends song, dance, and storytelling to create a space for joy, reflection, and connection. Through uplifting rhythms and meaningful messages, Speaks encourages young hearts to embrace peace, build confidence, and support one another. It’s more than just a performance—it’s a journey of self-discovery and a reminder that every voice matters.
