About Me

Via Goode is a former preschool teacher, teacher’s aide, and substitute teacher. She has been a professional storyteller since 2011, headlining hundreds of performances in public and private schools and at various public libraries in Hampton Roads. Via is a member of the Virginia Storytelling Alliance, the National Storytelling Network, and the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Since joining Arts for Learning in 2012, Via was named the Teaching Artist of the year in 2015.
