About Me
Matt Harrison is the cartoonist behind Root Beer Comics based in Norfolk. Matt has published more than a dozen mini-comics and regularly exhibits his work at comic conventions including the Small Press Expo, Richmond Zine Fest, and Norfolk’s Original Indie Comics Expo. He also works as an illustrator, using a style of realistic straight-to-ink contour drawings of people from photos. Clients include Norfolk’s Naro Expanded Cinema, which features his posters at their cult movie nights.
