About Me
Martha Hills and Don Depoy, performing as Me & Martha, are master musicians who arrange, harmonize, and weave together stories in their songs. They’re members of America’s Country Music Hall of Fame and are on the Virginia Commission for the Arts’ artist roster as traditional Appalachian music-makers.
Don holds a PhD specializing in American Music and Popular Culture and currently teaches most bluegrass instruments at Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Martha plays upright bass and is an early childhood educator who has taught K-5 in private/public schools and the Eastern Mennonite University Preparatory Music Program. The duo are married and live in Swoope, Virginia.

What is a tour? A tour is a set number of programs (3-10) scheduled within a specific time span (2-5 days) and within a specific region. Tours are subject to change or cancellation if the minimum number of programs and/or dates are not met.
