Program Description
Have you ever dreamed of seeing your name in lights? This highly engaging workshop teaches educators how to incorporate the makings of a theatrical production into a fun and educational class for their students. From original creation to curtain call, educators learn how to teach their students to adapt their favorite stories, or create their own, for a theatrical performance.
Throughout this interactive workshop, educators learn the process of script writing, acting, and other aspects of theatre production. From Page to Stage allows educators to foster creativity in their students, help students build literacy skills, and develop ways to work cohesively as a team. By the end of this workshop, educators will know how to help a star be born!
