About Me
Arts for Learning’s Sequoia Rodwell-Lacewell is a visual artist in Hampton Roads who paints abstract acrylic paintings and custom watercolors. As an arts educator, she attempts to merge art and emotional intelligence to help both children and adults better understand their feelings, heal trauma, and discover ways to mend conflict. Sequoia holds an A.A. in Fine Art from Wake Tech Community College and a B.A. in Fine Arts from the Art Institute of Virginia Beach.
