About Me
Jackie Adonis acts, directs, and produces plays in Hampton Roads. With a B.A. in Drama from the University of Virginia and an MFA in Acting from Regent University, Jackie teaches theatre at Norfolk’s Old Dominion University. She serves as both a teaching and performing artist for Arts for Learning Virginia, while also working at A4L-VA as a program assistant. Jackie has also been trained through the Wolf Trap Institute for Early Learning. Wolf Trap teaching artists partner with teachers and caregivers of children ages four to six-years-old to improve learning through the performing arts: using music, dance, drama, and puppetry to bring literacy and math concepts to life!
