| Anna Heywood Green is Chief Executive Officer of Arts for Learning Virginia, where she advanced through programmatic and operational roles—including Chief Operations Officer—before being appointed CEO in July 2025. She also serves as Affiliate Director for Coastal Virginia Wolf Trap. With more than two decades of nonprofit leadership and arts management experience, Anna leads strategic initiatives, cultivates partnerships, and ensures organizational sustainability to provide every child with access to creative, high-quality arts learning. Raised in Whynot, North Carolina’s historic Seagrove pottery region, Anna grew up immersed in the arts through her family’s business, Whynot Pottery, founded in 1981. Her studies in theater, visual arts, business administration, and nonprofit leadership at Tidewater Community College and the College of William & Mary reflect her lifelong commitment to creative learning. Passionate about community engagement, Anna has contributed to statewide and regional education and cultural development through advisory panels and local councils. She lives in Norfolk, is the proud parent of a teenager, and actively volunteers with Norfolk Public Schools and United Way of South Hampton Roads initiatives supporting early childhood education. | |

| Dr. Nicole Charles is a visionary nonprofit strategist and cultural leader with more than two decades of experience driving cross-sector initiatives in nonprofit development, public health, and community capacity building. She has advanced systems, scaled programs, and fostered organizational growth across globally recognized institutions, including Virginia Wesleyan University, Columbia University, The Rockefeller Foundation, the United Nations, and the National Urban League. A skilled strategist and advisor, Dr. Charles has strengthened operations, expanded institutional reach, and cultivated strong teams and donor networks through governance and advisory roles with organizations such as Health People Community Preventive Health Institute, Thrive NYC, and the CUNY Institute for Health Equity. Her work bridges civic engagement, culture, and leadership—connecting people to the spaces and stories that shape their communities. Dr. Charles holds a Doctor of Ministry and Master of Theology from the New Seminary for Interfaith Studies, a Master of Arts in Integrative Health from Georgian Court University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and Cultural Studies from the College of New Rochelle. | |

| Since joining Arts for Learning Virginia in 2019, Aisha Noel has drawn on her background in theater and nonprofit work to strengthen relationships with education and community partners. In her current role, she advances the organization’s mission by managing artist engagement and cultivating partnerships that expand program reach and sustainability. Aisha ensures artists are supported and valued while fostering collaborations that enhance community impact and organizational growth. Prior to joining Arts for Learning Virginia, Aisha worked with the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board and the Boys & Girls Club of the Virginia Peninsula, and she completed an arts administration internship at Signature Theatre in Arlington, Virginia. She holds a two-year acting certificate from the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts and is pursuing dual certifications in arts management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Among her theatrical credits, Aisha has performed with the Williamsburg Players and appeared in a production at Norfolk’s historic Attucks Theatre. She is a resident of Newport News. | |

| Katie Driskill joined Arts for Learning Virginia in September 2023, bringing years of experience planning, promoting, and delivering programs at Norfolk Public Library. An advocate for youth education and literacy, Katie worked primarily at the Lafayette branch, where she focused on services for children and teens. She also served as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Norfolk for five years. In her current role, Katie leads the planning and delivery of in-school and community arts programs, ensuring alignment with educational standards and organizational goals. She oversees logistics, supports teaching artists, and builds strong partnerships to drive program quality and broaden access to transformative arts experiences. Katie earned an associate degree from Tidewater Community College and a B.S. in psychology from Old Dominion University. She serves on the PreK Action Team for United Way of South Hampton Roads’ United for Children subcommittee. A resident of Virginia Beach, Katie is the mother of a young son. | |

| Jackie Adonis joined the Arts for Learning Virginia staff in 2025 as a part-time program assistant while serving as a teaching and performing artist with A4L-VA and Coastal Virginia Wolf Trap. In January 2026, she transitioned to a full-time role coordinating out-of-school-time and community-based arts programs. Jackie manages scheduling, logistics, and communication among artists, schools, and partners, ensuring program quality and accessibility while fostering creative learning opportunities for students and families. An award-winning actor and director, Jackie has sung with The Doorway Singers since 2019. She holds a B.A. in Drama from the University of Virginia and an M.F.A. in Acting from Regent University. | |

| Stephanie Jackson joined Arts for Learning Virginia in September 2022 as Operations Coordinator and now serves as Grants and Annual Fund Manager. In this role, she leads grant writing, reporting, and compliance. Before joining Arts for Learning Virginia, Stephanie worked for Norfolk Public Libraries from 2015 to 2022, most recently as supervising librarian for the Richard A. Tucker Memorial Library. There, she developed innovative programming to engage users of all ages, with a focus on teen initiatives related to art, STEM, and mental health. Stephanie earned a master’s degree in library and information science from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in English with a minor in music from Hollins University. A pianist, writer, and visual artist, she lives in Hampton Roads. | |
