ALS2: The Zen of ‘Za
Learn, practice, draw, and dance lines

Grades: K-3
Special Education: Autism Spectrum Disorder

ALS3: Tessellations
Design patterns, cut, color, and measure
A hands-on kit that reinforces fine arts, literacy, and math Standards of Learning, as students practice measuring area and perimeter while designing their own “tessellation” artwork. A tessellation is an arrangement of shapes closely fitted together using a repeated pattern without gaps or overlapping.
